The Bracket Project is Back! Favorite Candy Bar
In light of Halloween, a spirited debate regarding the best candy bar broke out in the office yesterday. After much contention, it was decided that the only way to possibly solve this age old question was to resurrect The Bracket Project for a one-day post-Halloween extravaganza. The votes will need to come in quickly, as we are shooting for getting through all six rounds before the end of business. Please cast your votes using the form below!

A couple of heavyweights go down in the Quarterfinals of the Favorite 80’s Cartoon Bracket, as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and He-Man take somewhat surprising losses. After knocking off two seed ThunderCats in the previous round, Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers continued its Cinderella run in the Quarterfinals with a victory over one seed He-Man. Rescue Rangers will try to keep that momentum going when it faces G.I. Joe in the Final Four. After a near upset in Round Two, Joe won convincingly over Muppet Babies to advance to the Semifinals. On the other side of the bracket, Ninja Turtles was narrowly defeated by DuckTales. Uncle Scrooge and company were a trendy sleeper pick at the beginning of this tournament, but to keep the dream alive, DuckTales will have to knock off one seed Transformers in the Final Four.

The first "March Madness" edition of The Bracket Project ended with Jay Bilas taking out Gus Johnson. It's hard to say whether this upset victory was fueled by the fact that Gus Johnson is no longer calling NCAA Tournament games, or if Jay Bilas's self-proclaimed "swag" was just too much for the excited play-by-play guy to handle. Either way, the former Duke Blue Devil was the first #2 seed to take home a Bracket Project crown. Congratulations to Jay!
